The Running Rope Residence, a new construction home in NW Hills, embodies a refined balance of craftsmanship and contemporary family living. Within its 4,363 square feet, custom millwork and thoughtfully planned interiors are tailored to support the dynamic rhythms of an active household. The home is entered through a striking 2.5-story glass atrium—an architectural “jewel box” with north- and south-facing windows that frame views of 893 additional square feet of outdoor living space and a stunning lap pool, around which the home's footprint is gracefully arranged. Inside, clean lines and curated views are emphasized by custom millwork that seamlessly conceals private areas such as the bedrooms, pantry, laundry, and storage. Every element was shaped to navigate around and between heritage live oaks, creating a thoughtful connection between architecture and the natural beauty of the site.
