The Rutgers Residence is a Remodel and Addition in which the communal areas of the house were updated and the living room expanded along with the addition of a main bedroom suite. The existing house and the new addition are tied together with a backyard deck to accommodate outdoor living space shaded by the home’s dramatic new roofline
