Stamford Remodel

Primarily an Interior Remodel, the goal at the Stamford Residence was to reorganize space for efficiency and provide better connection to the outdoors.  The kitchen was updated, fitted with a multifunctional island at which the whole family can gather and a new wine cellar was tucked into the adjacent space beneath the stairs.  Sliding glass doors from the kitchen and living areas connect those spaces to a covered porch so that, when open, those spaces expand directly to the outside.  The master bathroom and closet were adapted to better suit the home’s current owners and a bar area was added to the existing dining room.  Beautiful new fixtures and finishes throughout the home were selected by Annie Downing Interiors.
