Redd Street Residence & ADU

Designed to be two homes fitted onto a single urban property, a lot of living is packed into a very small footprint in our Redd Street Residences. The 876 SF downstairs area at the Main House has ample space dedicated to everything required for everyday living.  The upstairs features a modest 2 bedrooms plus flex space that can be used for a playroom, office or additional living space.  A large balcony overlooks the neighborhood and provides a welcome connection to the outdoors. The ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) is also a study in maximizing a small space. Neutral tones accented by simple details and lots of natural light provide a cozy urban dwelling.
