This adorable home in South Austin just needed a little love to realize its potential. New windows, paint and a horizontal wood panel at the carport were all that was needed for curb appeal. The real magic happened with the reorganization of interior space and a small 624 square foot addition in back. The new configuration allows the living room to connect directly to the kitchen and dining areas, providing nice flow and open space for gathering. Updated fixtures and finishes complete this remodel for a thoroughly modern look.
