Barton Hills Addition

A double-sided brick wall was at the center of this design for a master suite addition to a home in Barton Hills. The brick wall ties the addition to the original brick structure, and also provides the inspiration for the open loft space of the master suite. Partial height walls organize the space, without dividing it completely. A stand alone tub, furniture style vanity and Ipe wood shower deck accentuate the loft style in the bathroom.
